An error occurs when logging into the game on PS5

Good afternoon!

When logging into Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation5, it issues an error when selecting a character.

I reinstalled the game.
I did all the standard actions like clearing the cache and reconstructing the database.

I can sign in for all the other characters from the account.
Not only from the old season, but also from the new one.

There is the same error from another PlayStation5 if you log in from my account.
Therefore, a mistake on the part of the game.

What's it? Help me decide.

The PS5 either hangs when loading the login to the game and turns off, or it hangs then loads and gives an error

Please help me!

Without support help I can’t play my favorite game.
