Blink Randomly Stops Working

I have Blink with Ingenuity support equipped and activated on weapon set 2. I use Despair to swap to weapon set 2 and subsequently blink via dodge roll.

However, sometimes Blink just randomly stops working. When this occurs, my character does nothing when I press dodge roll (no blink or actual dodge roll). The status icon showing the Blink cooldown is still visible and does not indicate an active cooldown.

The bug can be fixed by exiting the map or removing and re-adding the Blink gem in the gem interface.

At 00:01 Blink is still working as intended. However, after 01:43 I try to use Blink but it simply does not work. You can see the symptoms described above.

The character I'm using is UndeadUla_Mexx if you need the exact setup.
