Respawning Rogue Exile

I killed a rogue exile in the radius of a ritual, so when I activated it they spawned again, same name and everything. When I killed them and completed the ritual they dropped the full set of loot, different than the first drops though.

Then in the next ritual they spawned again with another set of loot, same rogue exile. And then in the next ritual. And the next.

I fought the same exact rogue exile five times in a single map with different drops every time and got three unique items out of it. As much as I love loot I feel like this should really be fixed, and maybe rogue exiles shouldn't respawn in rituals at all.
