Expedition Logbook Respawn Bug

I just did a lvl 80 Logbook that had Orloth in it, since it was at the start of the expedition that was the first thing I did, I killed him without dying and continued doing the expeditions, at the I had a den, I went down and died.
Since I did the boss fight before, my last checkpoint was there, I walked out of the boss room and when I got to the den it was sealed back up as if I didn't blow it up before, then I realised that everything that I blew up before and even the markers I didn't blow up disappeared. Here is a screenshot, also my bug report number is: 1,067,500,188 if its needed.
