Bug boss single map

For the second time, I killed the boss on a single map to receive atlas points and I didn't receive them, it's not counted when I kill the boss and so I ended up having to lose the map.
I've already lost 4 atlas points because of this bug that doesn't count the mission when I eliminate the boss. How many more points will I lose?
