poe 2 boss gauntlet map

Im stuck on atlas unique map . The boss is struck in place and i cant leave . These happens random in maps where the game will also freeze then when it unfreezes im dead or map isnt playable. Fix this please . this kills the game for me. All my grinding and i loss maps
