Crit chance does not update on totems (until you change areas)

Not sure if this problem happens with other skills but for totems (both Shockwave and Artillery) do not update crit chance when you pick something that affects it on the passive tree until you switch zones and the skill "reboots" in the character sheet. Crit Damage Bonus seems to update fine.
