Boss Gauntlet map (The Phaaryl Megalith) runes bug

After beating the bosses in the gauntlet, if you portal out to clean your inventory or for some other reason, it bugs out the runes and makes them unopenable.

For instance, I opened 2 of the runes just fine, then I portaled out and came back, but the runes are no longer interactable.

They still look lootable, as they shine just like after beating the bosses but if you hover over them or try to click on them nothing happens.
