Can't load back into Grimhaven

I'm currently running a t15 and completed all extra content. I went back to my hideout to unload my loot before the boss fight. When I go to portal back in the grinding wheels continuously spin on the Grimhaven loading screen. I closed app multiple times. I restarted my Xbox but my character seems to be stuck in that loading screen. On the character select screen it shows that my character is in Grimhaven but when i select her it brings my right back to the loading screen.
