I tested new patch and game still broken

WE have real problems here, the patch doesnt solve anything, yeah i get more yelow drops but all of them are trash... not to mention legendary items that feel like even a blue its better....

Hope you guys take note about the player drop base not only because of loot, build diversity its non existance, you nerfed everything and want us to play DARK SOULS like, this is POE not DS....

The play style (you need to do X and Y to have Z and do some damage) its just boring... what about to make all the skills great and viable??? ultimate skills are just useless and imposible to use in real gameplay.

Hope you fix all because this can be the downfall for your game

So you changed the loot filter to soft? Do you know if you are using strict filter a lot of rares will not be showing skipping the tiering system?
So you identified all the rares, then concluded that all of them were bad, none with good mods, usable for recombination or with good potential for an exalt slam. You also did this test with a sample of, let's say, 20 maps. Or maybe you just don't care about rares because you don't believe it's worth to verify each one?
What do you expect to loot changes? Only increase drop of raw currency, you don't care about gear? Do you expect find highest tier gear every 100 maps? What would be a rare which you don't think is bad?

Those of us who played Diablo 3 from the beginning know this problem. It’s inherent in a trade economy and it’s the reason Bluzzard abandoned their trade hub and introduced Loot 2.0 where items dropped with affixes meaningful to the character that got the kill.

Look will be hugely meaningless until the trade economy is abandoned (probably never).

You claimed that all rares were trash. I asked if you checked properly, you didn't answer the question, just said played the first game. I not telling that you is wrong, but you have to say how you tested it to support your claim. If you didn't really tested, maybe the problem isn't the loot was bad, it's just too much to someone check.
Keep in mind POE 2 is supposed to have a loot system different of POE 1. The tiering system is a big change, if you played necropolis you know it.

This can't be serious. I've made more since the patch then I did since the beginning of the dawn of the hunt. I went from 0 divines to close to 5 divines in just loot drops alone in 1 night.

100% user error.
