Devs do you not want people to play? (Infinite loading screen bug)

My warrior has been locked for days and I already played with other characters at save points and tried to go back to my warrior but he is permanently stuck. Devs are ignoring this bug and I have seen other people post this so it’s not just me, I posted it on Reddit too and it’s not just console players. Devs why are you guys letting such a huge problem remain in the game. Sure I can play other characters but they have a chance pf getting stuck too. FIX INFINITE LOAD SCREENS PLEASE!
