Resonating Shield bugs

1. I have the Break Endurance skill gem slotted into my Resonating Shield skill. It's supposed to grant 40% chance to gain endurance charge when breaking shields. However, it does not grant me any endurance charges at all.

2. Rage gained per hit is not working properly when I slot in the Armour Explosion skill gem. I'm supposed to gain 3 rage per hit from the Rage skill gem, but I only gain Rage from my rage on hit passives and completely ignores the 3 from the skill gem on the 1st hit when I break the armor of the enemy. It works on succeeding hits after breaking the armor of the enemy, but wastes my first hit altogether

3. It seems that while the resonating shield consumes "empowered attacks" from the ascendency node "Tempered Weapon" it does not gain any benefits from empowered attack nodes from the passive tree. Good example of this is the instant empowered life leech.
