I cannot log in my character!!!

Hi I play poe2 with my PlayStation 5.
Suddenly I cannot log in my character “code_mcII”.

It is not account problem ’cause i can log in another characters ( standard, new character dawn of the hunt )
I still see only Loading part.
Please help me!!!

While reading through previous posts, I found a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, you’ll need two PS5 controllers. You have to connect a second player and create a new character for them in the same league. This will transport you to the starting location, which will load along with the new character. After that, you just need to complete the first area, and the problem will be solved. I hope this helps someone!
