Stuck on The Trial of Chaos loading screen PS5

I backed out to town after doing an ascendency (still had the Boss room left) then when i wanted to go back its a never ending loading screen, i reseted the game and the console and its still on the loading screen, does somene know how to fix it? (Its only on my Amazon not on the other chatacters)

I have exactly the same issue and now my account is unplayable which is not ok!!!! GGG need to sort this out and actually acknowledge and respond to keep us in the loop of what is happening instead of going dark on us.

While reading through previous posts, I found a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, you’ll need two PS5 controllers. You have to connect a second player and create a new character for them in the same league. This will transport you to the starting location, which will load along with the new character. After that, you just need to complete the first area, and the problem will be solved. I hope this helps someone!
