Mawdun quarry bug

After killing enemies from one of those "guarded by x packs" things I can't pick anything up. Playing on controller. I can't activate anything and there's a lot of rares :( (the activate icon is missing/not visible).

Tried opening portal, but can't activate it.

Turned off quit to menu option for controller disconnect and reconnected controller, no joy.

Exited game, relogged, can pick everything up.

One thing this game does VERY well is keeping your instance open after a crash/exit so you can do this :)
