Voracious keystone/annoint stops ES leech while using Soul Tether

While testing Soul Tether Long Belt I attempted to have better leech by anointing my amulet with Voracious.

As a result I am no longer able to leech ES.

I have the same amulet with a different annoint and am able to leech ES just fine.

Tested in different maps with different mobs, including maps with no mods, all with the same result.

It would be nice if the gear overhaul I did to fit in leech and the belt would be functional.

There was an annoint bug fixed in 0.2.0g but my issue still exists.
