Unable to connect to Path of Exile on Xbox from Russia - "Unexpected disconnection"

Hi,

I'm playing from Russia on an Xbox Series X. Xbox Live and other games work fine (I'm using custom DNS to bypass regional blocks). However, when I launch Path of Exile, I press "Start", and I instantly get the following message:

"Connecting to login server..." → "An unexpected disconnection occurred"

I have tried:
- Wired and Wi-Fi connection
- Reinstalling the game
- Power cycling my console and router
- Mobile hotspot (4G)
- Different Xbox account
- Custom DNS and static IP
Nothing helped.

This issue is ongoing for several days. Other Russian players can access the game, but for me it seems like a block or routing issue.

Is it possible that some Russian IPs are blacklisted or blocked on console servers?
