: Cross-Platform Limitation Issue on PS5 – Cannot Invite or Message PC Players

Hello Path of Exile Support,

I'm currently playing Path of Exile on PS5 under the PSN ID Chaoticxresin-_– and am experiencing a persistent issue with cross-platform play. I cannot see messages from PC players, send them invites, or message them directly. However, PC players can see my messages and are able to invite me to parties.

Whenever I try to send an invite to a PC player, I get the error:
“Request rejected due to your cross-platform limitations.”

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Verified that crossplay is enabled in the game settings.

Checked my PS5 privacy settings to ensure communication with other platforms is allowed.

Restarted the game and my console multiple times.

Tried inviting players by character name rather than account name.


Despite all this, the issue persists. I would really appreciate any help or clarification on whether this is a known issue or if there's a fix.

When I tried to send my friend a request. Sometimes it removes me from him. It removed him from my friendless, like 2 or 3 times now, there's a bug on it too, that we both die when we're perfectly full health. Our rest is pretty good, but we are instantly getting killed for no reason
