Me too. I got it enabled in inventory and tried to die 3 times for making an example. Didn't work

You have other omens active, probably Resurgeance (restore live/ES/mana) which popped first.

Only 1 omen PER MAP will pop automatically from combat. Not one omen per type. Just 1 omen of any kind.

Game is working as intended.


Also, GGG get rid of exp loss. It is cancer that adds nothing to the game, but pissing people off.
