Found a bug - Prism of belief diamond not scale up skill damage

Hi GGG,
playing on base PS5.
I have Prism of belief diamond +3 perfect strike. attach the jewel and did testing, the damage was hit the same as no jewel.

So I decided to do another testing with my amulet +3 melee skills.
test case: No belief diamond attached, the amulet equipped
The amulet scales up the damage drastically (check the number on skill table). then remove the amulet and attach the diamond, normally it should show the same amount number of damage, they are both +3 levels. but the damage was not the same! damage no change at all when attached the belief diamond

Maybe the number showing not correct, then did real test on map boss, the real test result the same as above. belief diamond does nothing. definitely it's a bug

I'm not sure only perfect strike belief diamond or all belief diamond got bug since I only got one diamond,
not sure PC has the same bug as PS5, only play on PS5

pls fix it.
