Astral projection + Meta gems bug

Ice nova + Astral Projection with Cast on critical/Cast on freeze is untriggerable.

Tested without astral projection and works fine, it casts on my character.

I'm not sure if frostbolt + wildshards + mana tempest might be the problem since it would scale the number of targets for ice nova.

Now i think the problem might be with the ice nova it self, looks like it is not triggering when it should have been triggered, with or without astral projection, like something is off. Still thinking that the problem might be with the number of the targets that ice nova can hit with this build.

Tested on 0.2.0h, still bugged. Tested without Ice nova on cast on critical without astral projection, frostbolt without wildshard and not using mana tempest, i think ice nova is bugged with meta skills
