Olrath Bugout

I was doing a logbook and completed and killed orath to get my last two expidition atlas points. The game then proceeded to disconnect me and when I logged back in all the loot was gone and my last two atlas skill points for expidition were also gone. Like it never happened. The loot was whatever not a big deal. But I can please get my last two points into expidition back please?
