Weapon swap bug when slowed

I got this bug when I have 2 different weapons (spear and mace), and when I am slowed (maps with "players are cursed with temporal chains"), if I swap weapon mid-fight (by using skills from the other weapon), it will sometimes get stuck, and I am unable to use any skills until re-login.

This happens a lot in maps with "players are cursed with temporal chains".
