Unable to cast any attack or spell after combo (barrage+glacial lance+dodge)

I have a deadeye glacial lance combo where I go

Barrage, snipers mark, glacial lance with 7 frenzy charge,

If I dodge while the barraged glacial lance are comming out my character is unable to perform any attack or spell or dodge for like 15 sec...

I was able to recreate the issues 100 of the time. Plz fix this I died so many times because of it.

I am playing on PC with a controller I have not tried with keyboard and mouse to see if it does the same thing.

i managed to bugged out trial of sekhemes boss with glacial lance.

it immediately killed me and skip the time mechanic while i can't attack
