No mobs left in ritual, but i wont stop

I was playing a map, and encountered a ritual i click it and mobs spawn i killed all but the ritual didn't end

Most cases i had that it was a mob hiding underground somewhere behind a wall, waiting for me to run over it to trigger.
Depending on the map and ritual effect you almost die on the way around to reach another room but yeah... |
