Make back attachments have hover effect

I Just want my wings to have a hover effect as if the character is really flying - the whole point of wings, no? It looks cool, and makes no difference other than looking more cool. IDK why is this not already included?

While i know the wings, and other back attachs dont offer this, in fact GGG does have one already that does. Its in the supporter pack (one of them) for EA, IIRC. Boots of Sand or something like that, that allow you to hover.

" Thank you for your reply, There is a item from the faraduin supporter pack that gives that "effect" but at the cost of taking up the body armor slot and replacing your characters feet with a set of hands. Maybe there is something in PoE1 that has this effect, i haven't played poe1 too much to know, if there is anyone who knows, please share, ty! I'll take a little republican corruption for a little republican freedom!
