Mostly a League Starter build


Nothing set in stone but here what is used;

Staggering palm - Increased duration (can be swapped for damage) / Scattershot / Retreat

Tempest flurry - Faster AA / Rage

Enfeeble - DecayingHex / Impending doom

Contagion - Magnified Effect / Expanse

Bell - +50% stun Buildup / 500% stun buildup every 5 hit

Essence Drain - Hourglass / duration if not used in staggering palm


Could use a swap with stun grenade to proc stun build up vs bosses easier.

For late game you can use frenzy to gain crazy attack speed with tempest flurry;
martial tempo
ferocity
perpetual charges
