Omen of amelioration

I have noticed, after being killed a few times today running maps, my Omen of amelioration did not work, I had tried reactivating them thinking it could be a little glitch, but even that didn't work. i also did experience some lag prior to lagging around mobs before character death. can you please look into this, losing a good amount of experience with the Omens active is frustrating and the continued lag or latency loss around mobs and also cause some frustrations playing the game.
