How to solve/fix unexplained deaths?
It was quite sudden. I was walking on the road and suddenly died. My omens didn't work either. I strongly demand that GGG let me be a ghost who understands the truth — how exactly did I die?

DEBUFF。 I can confirm that I have cleared the map — there are no monsters left. I suddenly died while at full HP, and there were no ground debuffs like burning or anything similar. |

I agree, I have had similar events occur on multiple occasions. The screen will be completely quiet and I somehow die to something instant without a chance to react. Whenever this happens, I always assume that there were volatile plant orbs that I didn't see coming.
A death recap screen would be nice though. In a game where dying is a big deal, I think the player should know and understand what killed them. Recognizing our shortcomings is the best way to improving our builds/playstyle. But not being able to even know what killed us makes it rather difficult to improve, whether it be defenses or simply being more aware of certain threats.

Those stupid little robot spider things, too small to see, that are inactive until you go near... then explode

+1 absolutely need a death log. I'm amazed at how lame the Hardcore dying experience is —" you're done now, get out". I addition to cause of death, I'd also like to see hours played, monsters killed, currency spent, and all sorts of other fun data.
Lots of games do this. Considering a player has probably played for dozens or hundreds of hours before that death, it would be nice to at least have a summary screen for a feeling of finality. |

" But dying inexplicably in a completely cleared map, and the monster tribe isn't the 瓦尔 (Vaal) robots. I even killed a monster carrying a millstone at the map's starting point. When I returned past its corpse after clearing the map, I was 炸死 by its bomb — the monster had been dead for over 10 minutes, and no other 同类 (same-type) monsters exploded with bombs when they died. This is clearly a system issue: a bomb failed to detonate properly, becoming a "dud" that waited for an unlucky guy like me to pass by... |

" Unfortunately you will likely never know, they refused to provide a combat/death log for 10+ years. |

The fact that GGG actually bent the knee to screeching masses that demanded the modifier tiers be inverted is proof of their incompetence. Don't expect any true QoL changes.
