Trial of Chaos elevator bug into not being able to log in

I proceeded to a kill all monsters trial, with an elevator at the end that had 3 mobs on it. After killing all the mobs on the ground the elevator wouldn’t lower with the mobs on it. I quit the game to see if it would reset and now I can not even load this character despite being able to load other characters.
