Rage gained from WINGS OF CAELYN doesn't work to set off EXPLOSIVE SPEAR or STORM LANCE.

As the title states, Wings of Caelyn does show rage being gained, but it doesn't set off the explosions for the spear skills Explosive Spear or Storm Lance.

This is when using parry as a melee attack. Not sure about other skills, further testing needed.

What are you expecting gaining Rage to do?
