Why I can't use filter?

When i try download and put that filter in folder, my fitler not working.

I try to replace with my friend filter but still not working, before update i can use filter.

You seem to have an old item filter (from 0.1.x). "Advanced" and "Expert" were removed in 0.2.0 from the item names and given individual names: Dawn of the Hunt Item Filter Information (section "Renamed Items").
