Character lvl 85 stock in a loading page ( xbox serieX )

Hello,

After i teleport from a chaos trial , since then an cannot log my character anymore because i'm stock into a loading page.

I've try disconnect from game , reboot my xbox seriex and still cannot access my character anymore.

Need help!!
