game crashes at launch

sometimes i can make it to options but after the first crash i need to restart pc because it crashes 2 seconds after launching the game , pretty fucked up always dealing constant crashes from this game just brought a new m.2 and replaced gpu fans runs any other game fine soon as i try poe 2 i cant even make it to the hide out if it doesn't crash on launch will crash on load screen then every time on launch until i restart pc
