Trinity not affecting Pathfinder's elemental Concoction skills

I'm trying to make an elemental Concoction build work, but I've run into the following hurdles:

* Trinity's buff does not increase damage output of Concoction skills, despite the skills being tagged with Attack. I can build up Resonance with hits from Concoction, but the damage does not increase in the tooltip DPS like it does with other weapon skills.
* Primal Armament is socketable into Concoction skills but appears to do nothing. Maybe this is by design, considering that gem's wording. (However, it's still a recommended gem.)
* The nodes in the Flurry cluster do not affect Concoction skills, despite it being an Unarmed Attack.
