please, I cant level up from 96+ if omen of ameliorantion does not trigger, just lost 10% of my exp, that means 3h mapping... cant ask nothing more than this. thank you for listen

None of the omens trigger this season for me.

Yes they are active.

The problem with that Omen is, if the hit you take goes below "low life" you are insata dead. It simply will not trigger the Omen.
It only works if your health/es pool is high enough, wich for 99% of the players it is not.
Even at 4.8k total Life/ES if you get a crit hit on you by a white mob, you are dead.
