Immured Fury bugs ritual.

Pretty much as the title says. I killed a Fury that spawned inside a ritual circle, and cleaned the ritual, but it didn`t finish. I`m assuming it tried to spawn the Fury and failed, because i did have a spot on the floor with collision, and i could hear monster sounds when i got near it, but nothing i threw worked.
