“Heartbreaking” amulet anoint broke

On my level 92 Blood Mage named SmellsLikeDawnOfTheHunt in POE2 Dawn of the Hunt season the heartbreaking anointment is not giving my character +10 to strength. I bought a new Choir of the Storm Jade Amulet last night and anointed it with “heartbreaking”. It shows on the amulet, but does not increase my strength when equipped. Please fix.
