Pale enemies that spawn from corruption

I'm pretty sure, after doing what feels like hundreds of corrupted map nodes to spawn different enemy mobs, that my game is bugged. I cannot spawn any of the Pale enemies that come from corruption and other people have confirmed that they are a rare spawn but not this rare. Just trying to complete a spectre collection but might have to wait until the next update.

I have also completed both of Doryani's quests as well, and killed the Arbiter to get the boss corruption upgrade which has not worked either.
