Endgame Quest Bug

The character I am running this on is named Lumiannax. Yesterday I completed the campaign for Dawn of the Hunt. I started running maps, and have the quest Cataclysm’s Wake. I ran the node with the Corrupted Nexus, but died during the run. I went and ran the node again today but I didn’t receive credit for the quest. Now I don’t have another Corrupted Nexus on my map device; so I’m unable to complete the quest and start building my Atlas.
