Noticed Omen of Amelioration doesnt Trigger While Active in Titan Inventory. Despite still being called an Inventory, seems it must remain in your MAIN inventory to be counted. Update please to work across titan inventory, which as the decription of it suggests, is an expansion to the main inventory.
