Blasphemy disabled upon entering new area

Every time I enter a new area my Blasphemy aura stops working and I have to turn it back off and then on again to get it to work.

Seems to be related to allocating the Zone of Control notable with a Megalomaniac diamond. If I unequip the diamond this issue doesn't seem to occur. But when I equip the jewel again it'll disable Blasphemy until I toggle it off and on again.

Also this seems to only affect my first weapon set regardless of what skills or gear I am using. I'm using my second weapon set as my first main weapon set now and this issue only affects the original first set.
