Campaign Map is showing wrong monster levels

So I noticed it for the first time in act1, now its the same for the act2.

If you discover new area, it shows LOWER level of monsters, then it actually is.

Example:
I finished mawdun mine, and then 3 new areas open as "undiscovered"
- keth
- bone pits
- walley of titans

In all 3 it showed monster level 21.
But when I enter Keth for example, its monster level 23.

found another BUG.

I finished KETH, and now bone pits isnt level 22 as before, now its monster level 25.

You can do Keth, Valley of the Titans and Mastodon Badlands in whatever order you want. There is no fix order. Because of that, in order to keep the game progress, they don't have fix zone level until you clear them. At the start they have the same level, but when you kill a region boss the next zone you choose will have a higher level than the previous one.

I'm not on my PC to check it right now, but if it still shows the wrong zone level on the game menu after killing a boss on the previous zone, it might be related to that mechanic.

Ok, done ALL 3 zones.
Now im at Tittan Groto, HC SSF.

Now Bone pits raised again, into level 26.
