[POE2] Game Stuttering on Ability Usage and Voice Lines

Hey folks,

In PoE2 my game has immense stuttering/lag spikes whenever a voice line is said or new ability is used. It doesn't matter if it is me, my friend, or an enemy or boss that does it. The performance graph shows that the Server and CPU spike whenever this stutter occurs.

Everything about the game runs fine, with some areas having lower fps, but regardless of where I am I get stuttering whenever the above happens. A good example is that even though abilities can't be used in town, if I so much as right click once every minute or so it causes my game to stutter for a second.

My two ideas is that either this is a memory leak and has been getting worse over the hours we've played over several days, or it could be a server side issue whenever new things need to be loaded in.

My computer runs just fine and has everything up to date. Playing with any setting, regardless if it's in-game or for my BIOS/GPU/etc does nothing to fix it.

Minor update: After using the /Clear command in chat I haven't had the stutter issue for several minutes now. Not sure how that alleviated the problem. Does anyone know any permanent fixes to this?
