1260 health points, 4817 shields. Sudden death!

Both protect Omen are ineffective!!! I have no idea what happened, the blood bar disappeared inexplicably. I have 1260HP, 4817Shield, maybe poisoning, but I have Omen of Resurgence, why didn't it trigger? I lost 10% of my experience at level 97,this is so fcking disgusting.really piss me off.Very persuade ppl to give up!This situation has occurred more than once！

Omen wont even trigger if you get oneshoted, because you never reached "below 25%". With 1260 life, any damage that can bypass ur ES will just delete you.

Not sure if this is still the case, but there used to be a bug where Omen of Resurgence didn't function properly if you got stunned. Maybe that's why?

I got Immune stun talisman,Immune bleediing talisman and 50%buring duration decreasing.
check all talisman charging,is full.Im sure its kind of chaos dmg,but Omen didnt work
