Infinite loading screen

What information is needed to get a character unstuck from an infinite loading screen?

I play on Xbox and I was just having this issue on a monk that was stuck loading into the manor. There is something going on with the graphics. I attempted switching servers and all that with no luck. So I just went in and changed the graphics upscale mode from NIS to FSR before choosing my character and it loaded me right in. Hopefully this helps other people as a temporary fix.

You need to add a second player create a new player then exit back to menu and relogging into main account.

The logging in with a second character worked for me. Just log in with the stuck character on the second controller and it will pull you to the other area. Good looking
