PoE2 Bingo Cards



Clarifying on some points:

1. More movement skills can also be attack speed properly scaling things like shield charge and stampede and any other future movement skills. The fact some skills have baked in movement that gets faster with more attack speed simply because you're using the skill more as it travels a fixed distance being better than shield charge and stampede is more ludicrous than Flame Dash and Frostblink being in 2 is their PoE form.

2. More active support skill gems, like Flame Wall and Frost Wall, like guard skills from poe1 with more active components, any skill that isn't just more damage and provides utility, ie, an active skill to cleanse debuffs or curses. That's more fun and engagning in proper combo combat than weaving in attack after attack, damaging spell after damaging spell.

3. The fact difficulty is decoupled from rewards in Poe2 endgame is a glaring problem, it's not fun and it makes new players think they add value to their maps when they get a 5-suffix corrupted map because they see more waystones drop.
I think it's another victim of the pathology not being Poe1 that hurts the game now and how it will be in the future. I might write a post on how the point of, ''Poe2 shouldn't be like Poe1'' is weird in the first place too.

4. The Body Armour and Shiled MS penantly are hidden, like in the first game, but they aren't flat this time around, %less ms for carrying more defence on you is weird when the player's only movement modifier is that one. You can have -25% MS from slows but as long as you have 6 attacks per second, skills will make traversal easy still.
It's junky, it contributes to the general molasses pace of the game and going away with it completely will make everyone feel better.

5. Support gems have stipulations upon conditions upon terms, might as well just say explictly, ''use this only with these 3 skills'' and link the active skill gems you want us to use them without breaking your game. It's ludicrous and more reason why build diversity doesn't exist.

6. More gold is never gonna trivialize the start of a league, both for new and veteran players, items like rings and amulet are more expensive cause they are more rare yet they are just as suspetable to not be good for your character much like weapons and armour from the vendors. Giving players more gold in the acts will make the early gamble vendors actually worth gambling on and maybe disenchanting rares for regal shards rather than gold to just straight up buy the obviously good weapon that's gurantee in the vendor.
