4th ascendancy bug

Completed Tier 10 Trial of Chaos, clicked on the altar but pressing X didn't let me allocate points.
Tried porting to town and back but Trial of Chaos became stuck on loading (tried logging out, restarting the game, logging in with another character, changing server etc). Was able to get unstuck by connecting another controller and starting a couch co-op.
Went back to single player, ported to Trial of Chaos, had to walk all the way to the end through 10 empty rooms to the altar - I still couldn't allocate my last two points.
Tried unspeccing the 6 points I had but still wasn't able to add the last two. Also in doing so, when I unspecced Infuse Weapon it destroyed all of the support gems.

Dear support - can I have my gems back and the two points I've earned?

Ignore me, I'm an idiot. Forgot you have to do trial of chaos until you get all three keys to fight the boss.

That said - respeccing did eat my support gems which it shouldn't! They should be moved to inventory or stash.
