Character stuck on loading screen

Playing on ps5. Went into stone citadel but got stuck on loading. Restarted everything multiple times but always when logging back to that character it keeps getting stuck. Tried different character without issues (didnt dare enter citadel with it but logged in fine ) but my main is still stuck.

Oh man and havent gotten any help or answers??

Yes. This morning I realized that if you have a 2nd controller you can attempt to couch co-op with yourself, then both characters will load to the same zone.
I have a character in Act 2, I loaded my main as the 2nd player and I got unstuck.
