Constant lag spikes in networks

Ok.

My last char turned unplayable 'cos 90% all res does frigging nothing.

Now my lvl 91 lich is unplayable 'cos lag spikes are gettint in like once in 2 seconds. Yesterday it was about once in 10 secs and I thought to grim and bear it.

Now I don't have any things to do anymore.

So now fucking what?

confirmed ive done 6 maps since then NO stutter issue

confirmed by myself and few other on the forum ;-)

it is shaders issue and i dont know why it get worst on the latest update
